Weekending

Oh Monday, you came along too fast.
I am happy to report that Hudson nailed trick or treating this year. He wore his entire costume, said trick or treat, and held out his pumpkin bag. Once he realized he got candy from people he was LOVING it! It was freezing cold so we didn’t last long, but we had fun!
Thank you to everyone who linked up your kiddos in their costumes. The link up is open all week…can’t wait to re-live Halloween!
The rest of the weekend was spent enjoying a friend’s birthday party at the children’s museum (most genius idea ever)….
and crunching leaves like it was his job.
I hope you had a great weekend!

He's the cutest Woody ever!!! Your weekend sounds perfect…we had the worst weather and were stuck inside for 2 days; we didn't even want to get in the car to go anywhere! What do you do with Hudson on days like that? We need to stock up on some ideas for winter!!

It really is true when they say the days are long It really is true when they say the days are long but the years are short. One day I’m struggling to carry two babies at a time while wrangling a toddler and then next minute they are all off to school and practices and friends’ houses. With all three kids in school we’ve been thinking a lot about their futures and how we are going to one day pay for college. We set up a Michigan Education Trust 529 plan for each of our kids when they were babies and I am SO happy we did! With a MET account, we can pay for future college tuition at today’s prices. With MET’s discounted age-based pricing the earlier you start, the more you are able to save! Plus grandparents and other loved ones can contribute to my kids’ accounts too! With MET you get back what you put in if your child chooses a different path and the money goes with you if your child goes to school out of state. You can even transfer it to immediate family members and all contributions to MET plans are tax deductible! To learn more about how to set up a MET account and the benefits of starting your child’s account early, check out my stories or the link in my bio. @mieducationtrust #sponsored #SETwithMET #MI529 #collegesavings #METSept2023
