Three really is the magic number. I absolutely adore having three kids. Yes, it’s crazy and hectic and busy….but it’s pretty awesome. I wish I could go back in time and tell my mom-of-two-and-pregnant self that everything was going to be just fine. Way better than fine actually. Everything was going to be amazing. I’ve teamed up with Ergobaby for this sponsored post. They make the most beautiful and convenient sleeping bags for babies and I can’t wait to share them with all of you!
A little over two years ago, on my birthday, I found out that I didn’t have the stomach flu. I think I had known in my heart I wasn’t really sick….and that my sickness was really a baby. But I was scared. And now I just laugh at my silly self. Because three kids is really kind of great. And my sweet girl is pretty dang perfect. I cannot imagine life without her. None of us can.
Belle was the missing piece to our family puzzle. She’s the best thing to happen to all of us…can’t you tell? Yes, I have my moments of wanting to hide from my kids in the pantry and stuff my face with cookies. And I have my moments where I think my heart might actually burst because I love them so much. Motherhood is crazy like that.
It’s been such a joy watching Sadie become a big sister. She has a best friend for life and has no idea how lucky she is.
As soon as Sadie wakes up in the morning she ALWAYS asks where sissy is. And she LOVES to go in and be the first person Belle sees in the morning. They are each other’s biggest fans. And it is so stinking adorable.
The moment I had Belle, my heart grew, just like I knew it would. I knew I had room in my heart to love on another sweet baby. And honestly, I would have a dozen more if they were just like her. She’s sweet and sassy and funny. She’s so observant and opinionated, even at just 18 months old. She watches everything her big brother and sister do, and then copies exactly what they do. If Hudson and Sadie are putting their shoes on for school, so is Belle. If they are sitting on the potty, she needs a turn too. If they are getting a snack, you BETTER have one for her too. And you better give it to her first.
She is independent and beautiful and loving and fun. And I thank God every single day for her. She is and always will be the best surprise of my life.
Belle has been a pretty great sleeper since day one….which is such a blessing when you have three kids! She sleeps on her tummy with her booty up in the air, and it is the cutest thing! She wakes up pretty happy, as you can tell, too! At bedtime and naptime, I’ve been putting Belle in her new Ergobaby On-The-Move Sleeping Bag, and she just loves it! It was smartly designed with convertible feet so your baby can move from sleep to play time, or from car seat to crib with ease! I absolutely love this feature! The convertible feet are great for babies learning to walk! Belle likes to wake up and walk around her crib, so I love that her feet can be free, yet she still has the secure feeling of a sleeping bag when she sleeps.
The Ergobaby On-The-Move Sleeping Bag is also adjustable so it grows with your baby. You can tailor fit the sleep bag to your baby by using the adjustable straps at the top and adjustable legs. Belle is currently using the 6-18 months size and has room to grow! I’ve never seen a sleeping bag like this one before, and it has quickly become our favorite!
The On-The-Move Sleeping Bag is made of ultra-soft breathable 100% premium cotton, so it’s snuggly and soft on her skin. The two-way zipper also makes middle of the night diaper changes a breeze. I’ve already purchased more of these to give as baby gifts because I wish I had had something like this when my older kids were little….they are the best! I already have the next size up ready for Belle when she needs it. She loves sleeping in her sleeping bag!
The Ergobaby On-The-Move Sleeping Bag comes in several beautiful prints and styles. I love how the blue hearts complement my sweet girl’s eyes. If you are expecting, or have a baby, check them out!
I partnered with Ergobaby for this post, but all opinions are my own.
As a mom of three, I agree with you. In fact, my daughter told me today that she wants to have 3 kids because she thinks it is the perfect number!
these look like such great products for little one!! 🙂
Annabelle is the perfect addition to your family! She is so blessed to have an older brother and sister to look after her and she is learning so much from watching them. She is a sweet and beautiful little girl.
She is so beautiful and certainly an angel. Look at her smile. Many of the bestest wishes sent her way.
This is such a beautiful post! Your kids are darling, and having siblings is so much fun. They will all love that time growing up together. Wonderful!
