Pumpkin Patchin’

This weekend Jon and I got away for a few days to celebrate our anniversary…and it was heavenly. We slept in until 8am (#momproblems) and ate lots of yummy food. Can we do that every weekend?
We came back to two sweet kiddos who were over the moon excited to see us. You can’t beat that, right?
We also managed a trip to the pumpkin patch!
Sadie was in awe of all the pumpkins. This is the third or fourth year we’ve gone to this pumpkin patch and we love how simple and fun it is!
But she was a little scared of the tractor that would go by.

Sadie and daddy. Melt my heart.

Sadie loved carrying around her own pumpkin…turns out girl has some strong muscles!
Picking the perfect pumpkins to take home.

And even though he wanted to bring home ALL THE PUMPKINS, Hudson eventually settled on the perfect four. And he can’t wait to carve and decorate them!

Little people wandering around pumpkins patches is basically the cutest thing ever. And Happy Anniversary to you! We got out for a nice dinner sans kiddos, but no night away. I'm glad you both got some good sleep though!
