Guess who slept through the night for the second night in a row????
This guy! Is it a fluke or did I luck out with a good sleeper? Who knows….but I’ll take it! Hudson slept from 7:15 pm until 6:15 am. HOLY. COW.
And he did MUCH better at day care yesterday too….all because daddy figured out he’ll take a bottle if he is swaddled. Genius.
Anyway, as some of you know, being a new mommy is amazing….but at times can be crazy awkward. Like when my boobs leak all over my work clothes. Or I don’t realize until I get home from work that there was spit-up in my hair. Or when Hudson has poop all the way up to his shoulders and I have to map out my attack plan. Check out my and other blogger’s “new mommy confessions” today over at Running from the Law! I guarantee it will put a smile on your face!
YAY! 🙂 So glad that he's sleeping through the night! I love all the new mommy stories!!

YAY!! Well done Hudson!
Our little girl started sleeping through from 9 weeks old and she has slept 7am – 7pm ever since! A true blessing x
You and Jon are doing a great job!!!
Haha, plan of attack! How am I going to get these poop covered clothes up and over the head without getting poop in the hair? Been there! Love it!
Hi! I'm a new follower, Hudson is so adorable.
I know how you are feeling, I recently just went back to work and my son is 14 weeks old.
Love reading your blog!
Haha sounds like I'm in for a treat once May rolls around 🙂 Glad Hudson slept so well for you 2 nights in a row! Here's to #3!
Great job Hudson! I am so jealous that your boy is sleeping through the night, my girl is 6.5 months and still refuses. (Is it sad that I dont mind so I can hold her all by myself in the middle of the night?) I will have to go check these out so I can laugh, nod my head yes a thousand times, and probably cry too (crazy hormones).

wow, that is an amazing sleep!! Willow doesn't go down for the night until midnight and usually sleeps until 6am. I thought that was pretty good lol I am jealous
"map out my attack plan"…I laughed so hard I snorted. You really do have to do that when it's that much poo!
Your little babe is too cute!! I'm not a mommy but I love your blog so much and love reading about your new adventure!

I love Poop up to his shoulders line…I bet people who haven't had babies yet would never believe that is a real statement and not an exxageration!!
And yay for sleep!! That is so exciting to wake up after one whole nights sleep!
