It turned out so so so perfect. My mom had a friend make it for me as a Christmas gift and she dutifully stained it in my garage even though it was super cold outside. She’s the best.
I love how it has added so much character to our dining nook.
Our chairs are these from Restoration Hardware. They are metal and totally toddler proof! My mom has the same ones in white and they are super cute! They are a little cold when you first sit down, but otherwise perfect.
The mason jars are antiques and the berry crate is also antique from my in-laws.
I hope you love it as much as I do!
If you live in West Michigan and are looking for a farmhouse table let me know…I’ll hook you up!
I started Home of Malone’s a few months after we got married as a way to document our journey of building our first home and my pregnancy with Brody. I read so many blogs when we were planning our home and definitely during my pregnancy {insert Schue Love} and I loved the concept. I learned so much and thought it would be fun to start one of my own to share our ideas and document our married life.
