Muddy Puppy

Happy Monday everyone! We had a great weekend….minus the whole time change issue. I took Wrigley to the dog park and as you can tell he had a fabulous time. He was the ONLY dog who decided to lay down in a mud puddle. It was gross. And yes, that is mud on his tongue.
And Erin had baby Lexi last night! She’s perfect and I’m so excited to meet her.

My in-laws also came to town for a visit and helped us pick out paint samples for the baby’s room. I can’t wait to start decorating!
How was your weekend?

Oh my gosh! THat is too funny! I have been there too with our pup! The worst, is when they do this at the dog park and then you have to figure out how to put them in the car, lol!

I thought about taking our pups to the dog park since the weather here was insanely nice. Then I remembered that last time we took them in the Spring – that's exactly what they did. Ran through and laid in humongous mud puddles. Since I JUST gave them all baths, I decided against it. Looks like I probably made the right decision.

Oh my word. I hope you were able to walk him home from the dog park. I'd die if Jack did that (we have to drive to the dog park). Looks like he had a blast though!

I love this on so many levels! My dog got an unscheduled bath at my in-laws this weekend because he went crazy! They are such little farts but they sure do make me laugh! Wrigley is so precious!

It really is true when they say the days are long It really is true when they say the days are long but the years are short. One day I’m struggling to carry two babies at a time while wrangling a toddler and then next minute they are all off to school and practices and friends’ houses. With all three kids in school we’ve been thinking a lot about their futures and how we are going to one day pay for college. We set up a Michigan Education Trust 529 plan for each of our kids when they were babies and I am SO happy we did! With a MET account, we can pay for future college tuition at today’s prices. With MET’s discounted age-based pricing the earlier you start, the more you are able to save! Plus grandparents and other loved ones can contribute to my kids’ accounts too! With MET you get back what you put in if your child chooses a different path and the money goes with you if your child goes to school out of state. You can even transfer it to immediate family members and all contributions to MET plans are tax deductible! To learn more about how to set up a MET account and the benefits of starting your child’s account early, check out my stories or the link in my bio. @mieducationtrust #sponsored #SETwithMET #MI529 #collegesavings #METSept2023
