Confessional Thursday

I’m linking up with Jess today for Confessional Thursday!
I confess…..
Not having internet is really killing my new-house vibe. I actually told my husband it would feel “more like home” if we had the internet. Can you say addicted?
It’s also killing me that I haven’t seen Fuller House or the last 3 episodes of The Bachelor. #firstworldproblems
Sadie didn’t sleep for more than 2-3 hours at night our ENTIRE California trip. She’s finally back on schedule, but I don’t think I’ll ever recover.
My husband and I scarfed down some of Hudson’s Easter basket candy last night.
Since we don’t have cable or internet right now, we’ve been watching a LOT of movies. I never thought I’d say this but there is only so much Frozen and Toy Story a girl can take before she goes a little crazy.
The other day Hudson lifted up his little booty up in the air towards me and tooted. And then laughed so dang hard. Where in the world did he learn to do that? It was so hard not to burst out laughing with him. I managed to keep it together and let him know that was not a thing that nice boys do. Ever.
We don’t have landscaping in our yard yet, so basically we just have a giant mud pit. It’s Hudson’s dream come true and my worst nightmare.

I posted this photo to Instagram a few days ago. But below is what my house looked like moments later.

Yep, Owen does things like that sometimes and I'm always left in awe. Like, where in the world do they learn this stuff? It's got to be part of their boy DNA right? lol Hope you get the internet back in your life soon!!

We're deep in the depths of a mud pit too…. It's the worst. But not as bad as not seeing once single fuller house episode!

I love the real life photo! The one of Sadie in the sink really is perfect, but it's always nice to see the full picture 🙂 We just started our house project, so I have a feeling ours will be a mud pit for quite a while!

I love your new white kitchen— I have white counters but would love an all white kitchen. However, the counters are a pain to clean all the time… and I feel your pain re: the internet– Mine is super slow at our new house and it sucks!!

I hate to break it to you but as he gets older the fart/poop/butt jokes only escalate. OMG I think Abigail may kill me with all of her literal potty talk. Like, NO ONE in this house talks like that- where do they learn it?! Ahhhh

Laughing so hard at Hudson's tooting antics – Caleb is starting to do stuff like that too, and I'm guessing it's just a boy thing, lol! Loving all of your lovely new house photos – but appreciate the keeping it real photos too:)

What is it with boys and toots and mud? Goodness I hear ya there. Not having the Internet would be awful. I dealt with that while we were in our rental for a month. Ugh!

Oh I don't think I could have helped laughing… I'm not a very good example for little boys! And I feel you on the Internet! We were having withdrawals on vacation because the wifi in our room was horrible… Talk about addicted!
