In the spirit of last week’s post, 5 ways in which I DON’T have it all together, today I bring you 5 ways in which I DO have it all together:
1. I only hit the snooze button once this morning! That’s a new record.
2. I made s’mores last night for dessert. In the microwave. That’s called being awesome.
3. I successfully managed the doggie daycare AND kiddo daycare pick ups after work yesterday with zero meltdowns!
4. I managed to make a healthy dinner while also entertaining a busy toddler, 2 cats, and a dog. I made a variation of these pineapple turkey rice bowls and OMG they were good. I used quinoa instead of rice because it’s Hudson’s favorite. It was a mess…but he ate it and that’s all that matters in my book!
5. Hudson’s Valentine’s Day cards were done before February 1st! Take that procrastination! I showed you! (they may not be mailed yet, but at least they are done!)
How do you have it all together today?
Love those Valentine's Cards and definitely intrigued by smokes in the microwave…yum! Go, girl! Xx.
Just cannot get enough of that cute face!
Smore's for dessert are a fav in our house too. Microwave, oven, fireplace – whereever:) Love the Valentine's, we are currently working on some Valentine projects to send to friends and family:) Love love Hudson and Wrigely. How cute are they together?!?!
I have it all together everyday… Duh. At least where dessert is involved 😉
I'm pretty sure you always have it together! High fives for microwaved smores, that's how we roll over here!
S'mores are a favorite in our house but we suffer cravings all winter because it's too cold to sit around the fire pit and I DON'T have it together with microwave s'mores because the graham crackers always end up soggy. Anyone have any suggestions for crispy microwave s'mores?
That supper recipe sounds delicious…might have to try it out sometime soon! We love making s'mores in the toaster oven 🙂
YOU GO GIRL!!!!
This is awesome! I dropped Kenley off this morning and was only 15 minutes late to work…which is a new record! WHOOP!
Microwave smores for the win! I do that all the time and they are amazing! Also, that recipe for turkey rice bowls sounds amazing! I will be trying that one soon!

Ok. You do have it together! Smores in the microwave – genius! And I will definitely be trying out that recipe! YUM!
Nice work!! Yesterday I got to work on time, got the little to swim lessons, made dinner and got a workout in! Success!
Yay! It's all about the little things isn't it? Dessert, no meltdown, and a good dinner equal success in my book!
Love this! Good job, Mama. We need to celebrate the little things. Today I am doing well eating healthy. Let's not mention my full plate of pasta last night… today is a new day right? 🙂
Microwave s'mores? You are definitely awesome. Those look so yummy! And those dino valentines are too cute:) Perfect for Hudson!
You go, girl! Props on all these! Those smores look awesome! What adorable valentines! I can't wait to get one of those in the mail!
What an awesome post! I love it. Also, would love to hear your tips on how you entertain your little guy while cooking. My girlie loves to "help" while I cook so it's sometimes hard to figure out ways to keep her distracted enough 🙂
