This weekend the husband spent a lot of time working the the yard raking leaves and mowing the lawn. It was a huge task because the lawn had not been mowed in a very long time. While he was working in the back yard, Pancake desperately wanted to help too! He alternated between crying, purring, and hissing at Jon. For some reason, Pancake got really mad whenever Jon found sticks in the yard or bagged leaves…not sure why.
Mostly he just wanted to explore the yard and play with the leaves. 
Pancake makes a good supervisor.
