More House Pictures

I don’t have very many good pictures of the house. We should close on it in about two weeks and I will for sure have tons of photos then! I will do before and after photos too…because, well, we have some work to do in this house.

Here is another view of the front of the house. We can’t decide what color it is. It is sort of off white…it looks a little yellow here but I don’t think it really is. And we love the big porch. See that light by the garage? I will be spray painting that black. And we might add some shutters…do you think that would look good?
Here is the kitchen. It needs appliances. And new light fixtures. And a new sink. And some paint. I kind of want to paint the cabinets either black or white, but the husband is against it. So I don’t know what we will do. But don’t you love the hard wood floors? I do. And that door on the right leads to the deck.

It’s beautiful! I would suggest you get moved in and then decide on the cabinets later. I just found your blog a week or so ago, and I really enjoy it. Congrats on the house!

    Thanks for the pictures!
I’m thinking black shutters and black fixtures…….
I would wait on the kitchen until you can replace sink and counter tops…..you need a total vision of what you want it to look like eventually even if it takes a while to get there. It’s going to be a great house!
