A little bit of this and that…

Happy Monday everyone. I have a feeling this week is going to be so long! It is always hard to come back to a full week after working a short week because of a holiday.
I don’t really have anything interesting to post today…and zero photos. I’m sorry for being such a bad blogger.

This weekend we didn’t really do too much…and it was wonderful. On Saturday we went to our friends Joel and Amy’s house to watch football. Well, we mostly talked, but watched some football here and there. We saw them last weekend too….sensing a trend? Joel and the husband are bff at work, which makes me glad because I heart Joel and Amy and their precious baby boy. I forgot to bring my camera…again! But, I did make Southern in the City’s Buffalo Chicken Dip and it was a hit! So yummy, and perfect for a football game snack. I highly recommend it.
Also, thanks for all of your sweet comments about our upcoming trip to Maui! I’ll make sure to post pictures once we go. I’m really exacted about the trip but a little overwhelmed with all that I have to do before leaving…especially when it comes to making sure everything is set for our pets. My sister-in-law, Erin, is going to be pet sitting for us…we are so lucky to have someone who is willing to watch our crazy bunch!
I hope you have a great work week! Anyone have fun plans for the weekend? Please share!

Don't forget your stop in California before your fabulous vacation in Maui. You get to see your Mom, family and of course your bff's wedding in Santa Monica this weekend.
Looking forward to seeing you and meeting Jon.

I'm off to Italy this weekend! Of course, I'd rather have a stop over at Erin and Sir's fabulous wedding… but Italy will be fantastic as well! 🙂

I’m hoping for A, but B and C are definite possibilities. What do you think will happen?
