It’s Back….

Happy 11-11-11 everyone! (Doesn’t it feel weird to write that?) And happy Veteran’s Day too!
Look what we woke up to this morning….
Snow! If only it would stay that way and not become a huge mess. Don’t get me wrong…I love snow….but only when it snows just enough to cover all the trees and make everything pretty…and not when it snows so badly it’s dangerous to drive. I hate that kind of snow (well, technically I hate ice, not snow). I’m not really ready to say good bye to fall either. Our lawn is covered in leaves and it just doesn’t seem right to bury them in snow!
I hope you have a wonderful weekend…and stay warm!

We had snow in Chicago yesterday too, but thankfully it's not cold enough here to stick on the ground/tress/bldgs just yet. Just a few more weeks of Fall weather would be nice… Happy Friday!

I feel the SAME way as you…love how pretty the snow is when it lightly flocks the tree…but HATE driving in it and the ice is the worst. Almost took myself out yesterday! Eek!
