Hudson is Five

Five. I seriously can’t believe it. 
It goes too fast. Look at my little baby!
In honor of his turing the big FIVE, I asked him a few questions…..
What is your favorite thing to do?
Hudson: Play

Do you have any nicknames?
Hudson: Hudsey

What do you want to be when you grow up?
Hudson: I don’t know

What is your favorite thing to do with your family?
Hudson: Cuddle

Hudson: Callen, Kip, and Jack

What makes you happy?
Hudson: When you give me a hug and a kiss

What do you like to learn about?
Hudson: Nothing

What makes you sad?
Hudson: When Sadie hurts me

What do you do really well?
Hudson: Run

If you had a million dollars, what would you buy?
Hudson: A car

What is your favorite thing to do outside?
Hudson: Play soccer outside

If you could go anywhere, where would you go?
Hudson: Skyzone (so glad we went there on his birthday!)

If you could have one wish, what would it be?
Hudson: Making all the bugs in the world disappear and then no bugs would bite us or sting us

Hudson: All the Pokemon you got me

I never want to forget the days they all three wil I never want to forget the days they all three willingly wore matching pajamas with hearts on them.
Belle’s so excited about her big girl bed that s Belle’s so excited about her big girl bed that she begs to go to sleep. And then when I actually need her to sleep she says “I just can’t because my bed is so beautiful!” and it takes the sting out of my baby growing up, just a little.

I’m just a mom, playing My Little Ponies for the I’m just a mom, playing My Little Ponies for the hundredth time, trying not to step on all the tiny toys that are everywhere in my house, about to clean peanut butter off the rug (again) and wondering how many times I’ll have to re-heat my coffee today. Anyone relate?
It’s not lost on me what a blessing it has been It’s not lost on me what a blessing it has been to have extra time with my girl at home. Ruby likes it too.
