I can’t believe it. In about 5 weeks (or maybe less?) we’ll be a family of FIVE. Where has the time gone? I felt like my pregnancy with Sadie flew by…but that was nothing compared to this baby girl. I feel like I just announced I was pregnant!
So now it’s really crunch time to DO ALL THE THINGS. Thankfully once you are on baby #3 and you already have a boy and a girl, you don’t need too much stuff. My husband still needs to put together her dresser so I can finally wash all the baby girl stuff and put it away….and we need to figure out the baby monitor situation…..oh and install the carseat. But other than that, we are all set!
This time around knowing that we are having a baby girl has been a little dangerous, shopping wise! With Sadie we waited to find out if it was a boy or girl, so I didn’t go crazy buy baby girl stuff….which is probably a good thing. I haven’t gone crazy this time around but of course I’ve bought our newest little lady a few things I just couldn’t resist! After all, we do live in Michigan where the seasons change, so most of the tiny stuff left over from Sadie is summer stuff….which won’t do for our little March baby.
So basically I HAD to go shopping, right? I picked up several cute things at Carter’s….which is always my go-to for cute quality kids stuff! I can just picture our little girl snuggled up in this outfit being loved on by her big brother and big sister (well, hopefully big sister. I know Hudson will love on the baby but the jury’s still out on how Sadie will react). It’s seriously giving me all the feels!
