{one} Our Citrus Lane box came yesterday and totally brightened Hudson’s day! And mine too. Citrus Lane is a subscription box of goodies for your little one…and we’ve never been disappointed with the fun surprises in our box. The surprise is half the fun! This month we got this super fun Shape Sorter from Plan Toys that will come in handy on the go since the shapes are secured with a cord so they won’t get lost. One of my favorites in this box is the Zebra Lunchie bag from Skip Hop. It is too stinkin cute for words and will be prefect for Hudson’s lunch and snacks on the go.

As soon as Hudson saw the fruit pouch from Peter Rabbit Organics it was ALL over it and I couldn’t get it opened fast enough. It was gone in minutes. Upset Tummy & Nausea Relief packets
were also in the box (and are all natural!) so they went right in to my
medicine cabinet. We loved our box this month! I love getting

{two} How come when you get your hair cut it always looks amazing that day….and then it can never be re-created. I tried and tried and it’s just not the same. Someone teach me your ways!

 {three} I haven’t even seen Frozen but have been singing “Let it Go” at the top of my lungs all week thanks to Pandora and my love for Disney music! I’m totally buying the movie as soon as it comes out on blu-ray!

{four} Hudson signed “please” this week for the first time! This was so exciting because even though Hudson “talks” all the time he doesn’t say very many words, so we are always working with him. Needless to say, it made my day! And I captured it with my phone (“please” is rubbing your chest in a circular motion). We are still working on “thank you.”

{five} Kate Spade Acrylic Straws. Need I say more?

  2. I love toddler sign language. My daughter talks up a storm and has a wide array of words, however to get her point across she will also sign them. Her favorites, please, thank you, more, all done, and mommy. It's like the more way she can say it the more important it is to her. Cutest thing ever to see them using their hands and minds:)

  9. That's so good that Hudson signed!! I really want to teach Aiden to do that, but I'm a little unsure where to begin.

I'm right there with you singing at the top of my lungs, Avery loves it. And yay for Husdon signing please! When Avery does it, it looks like she's wiping her hans on her shirt! Happy Weekend!

  25. LOVE the Citrus Lane box! About to check that out. Totally get the whole hair thing! It NEVER looks as good when I do my hair as it does when my hair stylist does. I loved Frozen!!! It made me so reminiscent of my favs- Beauty and the Beast and The Little Mermaid. Yay for signing. My son just actually started saying "peez" this week. It's baby steps at our house. He's been in speech therapy since September.

  27. Every time you post a pic of a Citrus Lane box I think I should start getting them! Carter has the zebra lunch box and backpack. They're so adorable every day at daycare!

    And the straws…may be the perfct valentines gift for me!?

  34. I looove that Hudson signed please! I haven't even broken out the please and thank you signs yet. Aria is really starting to take off in signing so probably should add the niceties in too!
